just back from kl and i got this thing in my head telling me that i have to blog about it..
it was a last minute decision lar actually, to go down to kl.. reached cititel about ten thirty night.. then i got to know that daryl, alan and some of his gang are still in kl.. so yea, daryl, alan and i decided to meet up the next day at the hotel’s lobby then go shopping together…
met them at ten thirty then went to have breakfast first.. i had mine dy so i just tagged along with them.. after breakfast, SHOPPING!
each of us needed to get something so we just walked around.. later alan said he has to meet his parents so he left both of us… so we continue walking + chatting + window shopping.. eventually, i bought some stuff and i was so surprised that he offered to carry the bags.. all this while, i had the concept the other way round (carry what you buy).. but no, this two guys proved me wrong.. i was actually very shocked + over whelmed when they did that.. i mean, how often do you have two guys going shopping with you and helping you carry all the stuff you buy??! so yea… they deserve to be called gentlemens! hehe.. =)
another thing i realized is how opened they are.. you know, it’s not easy going shopping with guys cause you tend to feel bit shy (you know what i mean).. but no, i felt so comfortable walking around, looking at clothes, bags and they will just look around the stuff they like.. so yea, that was something different..
met back with alan later then went for lunch at Chilli’s.. the fella told us we had to wait for half an hour just to be seated.. well, the wait for certainly worth it! food was superb! but i think the serving is too big.. in the end, i had the guys to finish the chips for me.. i have this video of daryl wrapping some pohpiah thing.. some pictures also.. too bad no cable.. can’t put it up for the moment… will update it once i get hold of the cable..
met up with nat after lunch at metrojaya.. daryl was helping alan paying some stuff so we gals went to shop.. daryl decided to follow me back to s’wan so after paying he and alan went back to his friend’s apartment to take their stuff..
shopping with nat was so much fun! we went to pet’s wonderland cause nat was dying to see a husky + cats.. manged to pick up a few things i needed in like half an hour?! guess we just have this “thing” in us that makes shopping so easy.. it was easy reading each other’s mind and we knew what we wanted so shopping was very much easier… (not to say the guys weren’t any help, they helped a lot, giving very good opinions especially when i was hunting for bags, undecidable)
dad picked us up at 7.15.. had duck drumstick noodles + toilet break at bidor.. reached s’wan about ten fifty..
it certainly has been a great day for me.. a very good way to end my 2007! learnt a few things about boys and nat’s taste.. hanging out with them was super fun, certainly hope to do it again.. =)
